STRESS JUDO is a unique and exclusive method of managing – no, attacking stress. There are 6 belts in the STRESS JUDO stress management system.
YELLOW Belt teaches you the skills of creative problem solving and time management. This way, you can solve the problem causing the stress, and then createthe time to defeat it.
ORANGE Belt teaches you creative thinking and self inspection. You have moved to a higher level of dealing with stress: anticipating it.
GREEN Belt focuses on goal setting and inner strengthening. By setting goals, having the inner fortitude to stick with your plan, and the previous skills, you are now determining what stress you allow in your life. You can also cause stress, because stress is often how you advance in life.
BLUE Belt is the level at which you learn to create your personal stress management plan, and how to be your own coach. Now you are incorprating stress into your life like any other event. Your stress reactions have moved from the dangerous “fight or flight” to anticipation and excitement. The bad health effects of stress should be lessening.
BROWN Belt is mastery of body and spirit. Stress weakens your body and reduces your ability to fight stress. You know can stand up to stress, both externally and internally.
BLACK Belt is mastery of stress. At this level, you learn how to create internal energy instantly, to erase the fatiguew that ling term stress can cause. You also learn how to create your own daily stress management regimen, which is personal to you.
